GFWC North Pinellas Woman's Club Grant Program

Since our founding in 2003, GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club has provided assistance to community nonprofit organizations and projects through volunteerism and financial contributions. As part of this support, GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation, Inc. is pleased to offer local community grants. Grants will be awarded to community 501(c)(3) organizations sponsoring local projects. We are able to provide these grants as a result of the success of our annual arts and crafts show, Christmas Under the Oaks, held annually in Clearwater every November.

Grant Information and Timelines

We will be distributing nine $2,000 grants in 2024

Application Deadline: July 1, 2024

Notification of Grant Awards:  August 31, 2024

Grant Use Documentation Deadline: December 1, 2024

Grant Application Criteria

  • Your application must state objectives of the project, activities, timeline, budget and evaluation.
  • Grant money CANNOT be used to pay a salary or any kind of stipend to individuals.
  • Incomplete applications will NOT be considered. Contact us with any questions prior to application deadline.
  • Each grant recipient will be required to provide documentation of how grant money was used.

    END OF YEAR REPORT

    Each grant recipient is required to provide documentation of how the grant money was used. A narrative with pictures and receipts is required by December 1st of the year the grant was received. Please indicate below, using the checkboxes, that you understand and agree.
