    IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

    • Centralized location under the trees at the newly renovated St. Petersburg College Clearwater campus
    • Free admission for all attendees
    • Free, onsite parking for exhibitors and attendees

    FEES:

    • $175 for a single 12’ x 12’ booth space ($350 for a double booth); non‐refundable and non‐transferable
    • Non‐Profit Organizations: $125.00 ($250 for double); non‐refundable and non‐transferable
    • All fees are inclusive of tax

    EXHIBITOR FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Booth space (12’ x 12’)
    • Free advertising on GFWC NPWC’s social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram

    ACCEPTANCE:

    Application Deadline: September 30, 2024. You will be notified no later than October 13, 2024 via email if your application has been accepted. Payment is due within ten (10) days of your acceptance letter.

      Booth Location Specifics:
      ALL spaces will be on grass. All of your items/inventory must be contained within your booth space.

      You will be notified by email if you have been accepted into Christmas Under the Oaks, and payment will be due within ten (10) days of the acceptance email.
