GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club 2021 Grant Application Cycle Now Open

PRESS RELEASE JANUARY 21, 2021 – Clearwater, Florida GFWC (General Federation of Women’s Clubs) North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation Inc. is now accepting applications for their 2021 Community Grants.  Three $1,000 grants will be awarded to community 501c3 organizations sponsoring local projects. The club is able to provide these grants as a result of the success of their annual Christmas Under the Oaks Arts & Craft Festival, held for forty-three years in November in Clearwater. 

Grant applications are available at the club’s website www.gfwcnpwc.org. Applications must state objectives of the project, activities, timeline, budget, and evaluation.  The deadline is March 1, 2021.  Forms may also be requested by an email to grants@gfwcnpwc.org attention Grant Committee.

 Since the club’s founding in 2003, the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation Inc. has provided assistance to community nonprofit organizations and projects through volunteerism and philanthropy.  Last year club members volunteered over 14,000 hours, and contributed over $114,000 in community grants, scholarships, monetary and in-kind donations to community charities.
