SOCIAL MEDIA POST DESCRIPTION
Write a brief description (under 450 characters) to advertise and promote the food items you will be selling. We will use your description in social media postings. (Example: "Hungry from all that shopping? Stop by our food truck to refuel on burgers, fries and onion rings.")

UPLOAD PHOTOS

Submit photos of your food items. The uploaded photos will be used during the selection process and, if the quality of the photo(s) is high enough (not blurry or low resolution), will be used together with your social media post description to advertise your business on social media. We require that you attach a minimum of one photo and a maximum of three photos. Maximum size for each photo is 8MB. file types accepted: jpeg, jpg, png

• Must be self‐contained (to include water, propane, and electricity).
• Must have current food truck sticker (photo/copy must accompany application) from City of Clearwater.
• Fire Marshal inspections to verify sticker expiration date will be done on all Food Trucks at approximately 8AM Sunday.
• Must provide proof of current liability insurance, adding GFWC NPWC and St. Petersburg College (Clearwater Campus) as additional insured.
• Minimum pricing for vendors selling water is $2.00
• Minimum pricing for vendors selling soda is $3.00

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL FOOD VENDORS:
Vehicle entry for food booth set up will be permitted on Sunday morning. Vehicles must be removed from food area by 8:00 AM on Sunday and will not be allowed re-entry until after the show has ended and all attendees have left the site.

AGREE TO TERMS AND SIGN APPLICATION

I hereby make application to participate in the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation, Inc. Christmas Under the Oaks. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth and other rules as may be established. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. Petersburg College and the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation, Inc., their representatives and committees, and to accept all liability arising out of or resulting from accident, illness, sickness and personal injuries (including death) occurring to persons on college premises and/or damage to property of the College, to property of others during time of use, and to damage to my property arising out of volunteer assistance that I accepted for the purpose of loading and unloading of my items. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Foundation, Inc., their representatives and committees, from responsibility, personal liability, loss, claim or damages arising out of, or in conjunction with the GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club Christmas Under the Oaks. I understand that there are no rain dates.

GFWC North Pinellas Woman's Club has modified the refund policy for the Christmas Under the Oaks event. Payment will be refunded in full if the event is canceled by GFWC North Pinellas Woman's Club for an act of God and is not rescheduled. Under all other circumstances, payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

PLEASE NOTE: All food vendors must provide proof of current liability insurance, adding GFWC NPWC and St. Petersburg College (Clearwater Campus) as additional insured. This document will be need to be provided to us after acceptance into the show.
