SET-UP TIME:

Exhibitors must transport their items from the parking lot to their assigned booth space for set up between 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., prior to the start of the show. Prior to the event, you will receive a separate communication that will provide your exact arrival time and gate information. St. Petersburg College regulations prevent driving directly onto the grass where the event will take place. You may temporarily park at your assigned unloading zone to unload your inventory. Once your inventory is unloaded from your vehicle, please move your vehicle to the assigned exhibitor parking. You will need to make arrangements to get your inventory to your assigned booth location. GFWC NPWC volunteers will be onsite to assist in directing exhibitors to their assigned booth space. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 8:00 a.m.
