GFWC North Pinellas Woman’s Club featured in Tampa Bay Times

North Pinellas Woman’s Club wins statewide award

The General Federation of Women’s Club North Pinellas Woman’s Club recently received the Lois B. Perkins Award as the 2018 Outstanding Club of the Year at the statewide convention in Orlando. The award is granted annually to the club with the best overall record in enhancing its community through service projects. This is the seventh year the North Pinellas Woman’s Club has received the award. The club has more than 160 members and volunteered more than 24,000 hours in 2018. It has donated more than $90,000 in community grants, scholarships, cash and in-kind donations.
